Information and Welcome Page

Welcome to the Web Site of the Amateur Radio Club based in Croydon known as SRCC - Surrey Radio Contact Club. We have a membership of over 60 and meet twice a month (normally 1st and 3rd Mondays) at the Trinity School, Shirley Park, Croydon CR9 7AT.

The 1st meeting of the month ("A" meeting) is the main meeting when we have visiting speakers, surplus equipment sales, construction contests, etc.  The 2nd meeting of the month ("B" meeting) is a lot more informal forming a natter night, fix-it evening, "Move-It-On", etc.

All meetings start at 7.45pm with a mid-evening Tea break.  We make no charge for attending the meetings and it costs only a minimum of £8.00 a year for membership, which includes a monthly Newsletter.

Other activities include attendance at the twice yearly Kempton Rallies, VHF NFD contest every July, Special Event stations, other contests, and an Annual Club Dinner.

You will be more than welcome to attend a meeting or two and join in before making up your mind.

We have a Web site, which has copies of our Newsletter, details of forthcoming meetings, and a link to a map to find us, etc. URL is http://www.g3src.org.uk/

Trust this will be of interest to you and we look forward to welcoming you at a forthcoming meeting.
